No Background Check Guarantee

TrueFace is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Our services should not be used as a substitute for comprehensive background checks required by law for employment, housing, or credit decisions.

TrueFace and its content, features, and functionality are owned by TrueFace, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TRUEFACE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
